1. Domestic Shipping

Local registered mail or Shun Fung Express


Local registered mail

  • Only for Free Shipping purchase over $180
  • Delivered in about 2 days

Shun Fung Express 

  • Shipping fee cost $30 per order
  • Delivered in about 2-3 days
  • Tracking service available.

2. International Shipping

  • International air registered mail
  • Only for Free Shipping purchase over $300
  • Shipping fee cost $45 per order
  • Delivered in 2-4 weeks, depending on the arrangement of local postal service.

The estimated delivery time is for reference only.

*The number of days until the delivery varies depending on the transportation, customs clearance as well as the mail handling procedures, and other factors in the country of destination.

 

3. Customs duties and taxes

Purchases shipped to destinations outside of Hong Kong may be subject to customs duties and customs taxes. All customs duties and customs taxes in such cases must be paid by customers. Please note that the Company accepts no responsibility for customs procedures.

5. About Shipping Policy

  • Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or changed.
  • Delivery term: Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and verification.
  • Please take note that delivery may be delayed at times of high order volumes.
  • No shipments are made on year-end holidays of the Company.
  • Shipment dates can not be specified.
  • Shipment arrival can be delayed due to weather-, road-, or regional conditions.
  • Separately ordered items cannot be shipped together. All orders are shipped individually.

 

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refund

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Except under the following circumstances:


We only accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The product is damaged or defective.
  • The product received is not what you ordered.

If the purchased item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product (including weekends and public holidays). Once the eligibility for return or exchange is verified, we will assist in arranging the replacement of the relevant item. Late requests will not be entertained.


“Must” provide photos and/or videos to verify compliance with the return or exchange conditions.


However, there are certain situations where returns, exchanges or refunds are not accepted, including but not limited to:

  • The product is not in brand-new condition or has been used.
  • The product has been washed with water or cleaning agents.
  • The product is manually damaged, stained, or incomplete.
  • The product color differs from the website photos.
  • The product is different from what you imagined before purchase.
  • Items that have already been exchanged once.
  • Returning due to a change of mind.
  • The size does not fit.
  • Customer made an incorrect order.
  • Refunds will not be accepted due to transportation delays beyond our control.

Exchange Procedure:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product (including weekends and public holidays) to request an exchange. Provide your order or receipt as proof and, upon confirmation, return the item to our office for replacement
  • You will not be charged for shipping in this case.
  • Failure to provide order or receipt information as proof will result in the rejection of the return.Once we receive your return, we will arrange the exchange process within five working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Refund Procedure:

  • Once an order is confirmed, no private requests for cancellation or refunds will be accepted. 
  • Accepted refunds will be processed within 14 working days.

7. Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.


Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please send us an email at customer.support@aforadorable.com


8. If you are absent for a long period or did not accept the delivery


We will charge you for the total amount of shipping fees to and from your delivery address as a cancellation fee.We will deduct the cancellation fee from the amount charged to you when you placed your order.We will not charge any portion of the cancellation fee in excess of the amount you paid for your order.
